Pre-Draw Protocols & Broadcast Verification Channels

Before every televised draw, the PCSO enforces a stringent public audit mechanism overseen by an official Board of Judges, Commission on Audit (COA) representatives, and attending public observers:

1. Precision Calibration

The lightweight numbered ping-pong balls are checked and weighed with electronic precision scales to guarantee that weight discrepancies do not exceed certified milligram tolerances.

2. Pneumatic Blower Test

The transparent Mega Gem pneumatic draw chambers undergo test blowing cycles before live air to confirm that the air velocity and release valves operate with zero mechanical impedance.

3. Multi-Channel Airing

Draws are broadcasted in real time on government network PTV-4, PCSO Official YouTube channel, Facebook Live, and authorized radio stations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Official Holiday Schedule Exceptions:

Regular lottery draws are suspended nationwide during select public holidays to allow personnel and retail agents to observe traditional religious and national celebrations. During these holidays, ticket terminals automatically lock, and no draw combinations are generated:
